Jade’s species
Jade belt is set up with a block from a few dozen or even a flat piece of jade belt plate. It was an ancient symbol of official grade. The shapes of jade belt are square, rectangular, and peach, etc. In the Northern Zhou Dynasty, there were often cut and polish jade belt with the surface of a variety of patterns, which had been in force up to the Ming Dynasty. But Qing Dynasty jade belt system had been abolished.
Brand jade was a square or rectangular, browser superficial or hollow relief carving of various designs with text. There are holes for lines of wearing. Brand jade were very popular in the Ming Dynasty. Qing were more for imitation, also inscribed for Son just pseudo-section.
Jade belt hook is used to hook waist belt objects. Most of them are composed of three parts the first hook, body hook, and button hook. The first hook is for even hook, and button hook is for a fixed role. There are many shapes, such as dragon, duck, and horse. The body has Pipa-shaped, hornless dragon-shaped and so on. There are also a variety of precious stones inlaid throughout the history.
